Building Healthy Habits

This week we've been heading up to the track to walk/jog/skip and run a lap around the track. This is something we'll be doing a few times each week. My goal is for us to work up to doing two laps each day and if that goes well, maybe more. I am hoping that by heading to the track before recesses on Tuttle Town we'll have the opportunity to really get the movement our bodies crave. So far the kids have been enjoying this time up at the track so I am hopeful to continue it until the snow comes!
