Pumpkins

We have been busy with some science learning using pumpkins. We have been learning about the life cycle and today we began with some observations. Each student had a pumpkin to observe. We discussed what it meant to observe something closely and used pumpkins to give it a try. Tomorrow, we will work on some observational drawings. We will also make some predictions about whether pumpkins sink or float and may even have time to cut into and explore the inside of a pumpkin!
